What’s the immigration impact on this property??? Recently had to let go a 7000+ acre property in Dimmit county, in part because of the intense traffic from across the border . Border patrol on the ranch every day at least once a day and innumerable encounters with migrants, day and night. Opening gates at night was not fun and was never done alone. Been there for 30+ years but finally became too much. Good luck with the sale.
