It sold at the May 15, 2014 auction for $17,000,000. It was said that anything below $30,000,000 was a great price. New owner listed it at $120,000,000 then dropped it to $75,000,000. It will be interesting to see how low it goes.
I recently got my citizenship by investment in st Kitts, I wouldn't want to be taxed so much on my crypto investment because i invested much in crypto and its paying off. Crypto is the future 💯
@hobson klien I will recommend Stephen Briggs, he manages and execute trades on my portfolio and he's doing a great job. Coming across Stephen has been a life changing episode, he is a gem when it's comes crypto.
@Emma Hudson Stephan trades on my behalf with the best strategies while I monitor the progress of my investment, he charges a 25% commission on the profits made in my account and most importantly I learn his trading techniques which I consider an incredible opportunity to perfect how to trade...yes he accepts beginners.
It's interesting how many names this particular island has. I've seen it described as Hog Cay, Blue Island and now, Innocence Island. It's on Sotheby's. And it really is huge, enough space for a private home and 2 maybe 3 Luxury resorts.
I want this for the white sand, the shallow azure waters, the airstrip, the large exploratory acreage comprising of diverse topography, and the elevation of the home, which, at 100-ft, would provide me with an excellent view of the whole island. This sold for $14 million in 2014. I want it, don't care what the present price is.
In the future, I will definitely buy this Island, now I am just 13 years old. But this Island motivates me to work harder and establish my own business!!!
How do you provide yourself security for this one? All those shores can be accessed by all kinds of boats with people, outlaws, smugglers, etc. You would need to keep a fully fledged security team or carry a gun pretty much most of the time?
@Jonathan Snow There's a caretakers home among the several homes on the island. I suppose you pay someone to live there part time. And there are all kinds of security systems available.
We the Bahamian people can't afford beach front property because of corruption price are too high for the local people. The government selling the entire country to foreigner's oh my
The new owner will pay over $165,000 a year in taxes and get nothing for that. No police, no roads, no schooling for his kids, nothing. The Bahamian people get a free ride over foreign ownership of real estate. Likely the new owner will spend a couple million building something. The government will collect 1% on it as well for taxes.
Phil G taxes what taxes do you even know what your talking about know tax is that high and yes it’s a private island you expect your own police service to just hire security, do online school that’s the things that come with the privacy you got to be self sustainable

How in the world would you keep an uncountable amount of unwanted visitors in boats landing on your island with everything from dead bodies & drugs and weapons to human trafficking ... be like owning your own shipping /receiving island international port - ID still take it .. im just saying... 24/7 armed guards?? autonomous drones?
2:04 to give some context of what kind of "larger jets" could land: that runway is about 4000 feet, doubling that means about about 8000 feet, which is the same length that airports like San Francisco international have, and entire 747 jumbo jets can use that. They weren't kidding with the "large part. (although a 747 probably couldn't due to the runway being too thin)
Owning a private island is good you can use it as tourist spot from other people just like l in philippines, they love Islands, and can also help yoz to earn money.
Actually, it sold in auction for $17 million. I think the person who bought it just modified the runway, renamed it ‘Blue Island’ and put it back up for sale for $120 million.
MarkFrancis Grefaldeo, I doubt it. Way overpriced, especially since they just bought it a few years ago for $17 million and only fixed the runway. I’d say $25- $30 million tops.
So, nobody saw the transition from 4:08 to 4: 13? One kid cuts the coconut and other enjoy it? Its a raw reality. Love the island, but I don't like kids working.
Guys I have house on Exuma Greet and we are not happy there. Big problém is food, furniture, electrucity, weather and taxes are huge and expensive! Now we have a big problém to sell house
@@Relrellz actually, there is tornadoes in the bahamas. I was flying into Grand Bahama about 8 years ago and one had just passed over a half hour before we landed. pretty chaotic.
Kenneth Lords has offered 70% of certified appraised value in cash and 30& of remaining value in my investment fund, valued at more than cash, yet no response for 3 years, to date? Does the owner really want to sell, or is the agents keeping these legitimate offers hiding for more money for themselves?

If you had to money to buy this you could add a marina with fishing boats/sail boats and jet skis, build a tennis court/ basketball court, maybe a golf course, put up a volleyball net, add more trails for riding side by sides, etc...If you can imagine it you could build it. And you can boat over to Exuma for lunch or fly over if you have a pilots license.
55million is a steal... here in Beverley hills you haves houses well over that price but they are only house afterall... but this is an entire fucking island
