I made a list of things I love, just in case you go.
I won't let 2017 end without paying homage to the saddest song I have ever written. As with my more mellow songs, the concept of this video is a bit more free-flowing. I wanted to show people how I deal with sad moments in my life. Sometimes when things get difficult, I find comfort and solace in being alone. I claim the time and the space that I need for myself - to think, to breathe, to be okay again. It's in knowing that I have all the strength in me to recover and move forward. It's in recognizing that I can take my time to get there.

so i really thought that this song was about finding bliss in solitude and all that wonderful things about loving urself and embracing that void inside u. been listening to this song for years now yet only now have the lyrics suddenly hit home and ive come to realise that its simply a plea for that love to remain stable amidst the worlds uncertainty, altho admitting that ure also worth of the abandonment. sigh, this songs really grows on me.

when you're that kind of person who sees and understands more deeply than everyone else, you hold everything so precious to you. But we have to understand that we have different ways of loving someone, and sometimes it's not reciprocated. Cause when people love deeply, they show it wholeheartedly. Dear Reese, Nalungkot naman ako nito. Pero ganun talaga may mga panahon talaga na nakakalungkot. Pero tulad nga ng video description mo, kumukuha ka ng bwelo sa pag-iisa. for the fickle. in tagalog, para sa marupok kidding aside, hindi ko man siya kakilala, isa talaga sa mga personal na inspirasyon ko si reese. no'ng nasa college kasi ako, problemadong-problemado ako kung pagka-graduate, papasok ba akong corporate o hahabulin ko ba pangarap ko sa music. ta's nakuwento sa 'kin ng professor ko na naging estudyante niya daw si reese at pareho daw kami ng naging dilemma. dahil do’n, ginagawa ko lahat ng makakaya ko, para matupad ‘tong pangarap ko. alam kong medyo nakakainis pero kakapalan ko na mukha ko kasi kailangan eh. silipin niyo naman channel ko oh! hindi ko naman kayo pinipilit haha pero kung ma-trip-an niyo, subscribe na rin kayo haha maraming salamat. sisikapin kong hindi niyo pagsisisihan.

I immediately thought of For the Fickle when I saw the teaser pictures on Twitter because, I don't know, that single picture just seems to radiate so much gloominess and also comfort. The type of feelings that For the Fickle gives me. ♥ This video made me cry just like how the song did back then. It also feels nostalgic and uggh, so many feelings I can't really put into words.
