I looked at a picture of our wedding day today while listening to this beautiful song. We've been married for 40 years. I was looking into her eyes and wept when she walked down the aisle. This song took me back to that moment.

This song is dedicated to my ex. This was our theme song way back in college during the 90s. We parted ways, we both got married, moved on with our lives and haven't communicated since then. I just learned that he took his life today...due to depression😭 I feel extremely sad and I am deeply shocked. I instantly remembered this song. The other day I was reading out of the Bible about the bride hear a knock on the door and even see His hand of her Beloved and when she is getting herself ready and ran to the door, He was gone, she hear his voice, but cant see Him, running in the streets and asked people where her Beloved is, then they said He is out in the fields working feeding His flock. I love this song, very emotional. It's a shame that in real life love and relationships/marriages ALWAYS FAIL. That's why I decided to refuse and banish that feeling FOREVER from within me (and no, I don't mean that I withdraw my feelings from the little family I have left or the animals, but I do banish everything that has to do with the stupid and hypocritical "romantic love"). I never had a single girlfriend in my 28 years of life but feminism and the current courtships and marriages of the rest of the people wreaked havoc on my way of being and thinking.
