5.5 cups flour (29 tablespoons)
filling:
250 g flour (8 tablespoons)
50 g butter
1 teaspoon salt
0.5 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon dill seeds
1 teaspoon turmeric
grease the dough:
240 g butter
2 teaspoons dill seeds

2 egg yolks
1 teaspoon milk
Divide into 4 parts and keep for 25 minutes.
Lay out 2 parts of the dough and grease them with oil for 20 minutes, store in the refrigerator.
Bake at 180°C for 40-45 minutes. (crispy)
Cook at 190° for 20-30 minutes (becomes soft).
