Thank you for sharing this!! So encouraging to me. What stood out most to me is when you said love isn’t a feeling it’s a commitment. So true. I need to commit to truly love my congregation and forgive easily and not become bitter!! I’m only a year in and it can be so challenging at times. I agree there is so much good to being a pastors wife that I have seen already ❤️ Thank you again!

I just found out TODAY that my husband was asked by our pastor … if HE would like to go to seminary. We are nearly 50. It’s an interesting change to contemplate, at this point. But we love the idea. We will see, I guess. We’ve said yes, and we will see where God leads us. P.S. We had children later in life, so we have kids down to age 6, and so we’re not old at heart. Just getting older in body. Haha! We homeschool, and this is totally our style. (I’ve already been a missionary twice.) I’m excited! God’s will be done.

Hello, new pastors wife here! Me and my husband are moving out if state to take up a position and I don't know anyone in the place the church is at, and I'm scared I won't have a older pastors wife to encourage me or teach me things
