Reminiscent of the Cruelty Squad soundtrack, both the visuals and the sound. Has a really raw feel. I don’t know why I was recommended this but it’s still very nice. Well done!
It is a neural network, I trained it on some of my pixel art, and then gave it inputs that weren't in the training data, and linearly interpolated between the input sets along a single axis.
