People who were tired and were behind the journey were attacked by the Amalekites. Plus, they had no fear of God. God had a Reason to punish them. It's basically revenge for what they did. Saw this band live yesterday night for their Farewell Tour. Can say that was one of the best experiences I had seeing a band live. I am super happy I got to see them one last time.
The sentiment of one who has been hurt. Damn, these guys are really really good. I've been finding some pretty awesome Christian metal bands lately, and I'm not even religious, but some of them are fucking awesome! This band is no different, this song is my jam now.
A lot of atheists at my workplace (im a professor at a university) say I offend them when I wear a cross or say bless you when they sneeze. Well I find it offensive that I cant express my religion just because of a few dick headed colleges. And when I taught high school I seen a girl be suspended for saying bless you to her teacher and a few other students be suspended for anything to do with religion. Which I find ridiculous since this is supposed to be a "free country"
As someone who hasn't English as his first language... I was taught that you say "bless you" because of politeness? I'm an atheist but i love their music. They're extremely talented. Also, I think their messaging is a breath of fresh air cause it's not preachy, they're not saying "you should believe what I believe" they're saying "this is what I believe, and you can't change that"

God is not exactly out of our comprehension, there are still ways of understanding him. True identity is what we need to look for, not what other people talk about. I heard a story once about a boy who wanted to see London. From what he learned London had street's paved with gold, and was beautiful. But when he got there it was not what he expected. So, people can tell lies and there are truths in some people. But it just depends on the person really.

I'm guessing because of where I live that it's the total opposite situation. I myself, an atheist, am treated differently & bad mouthed in my hometown for not being a believer. I don't see why it matters honestly. I am no morally corrupt than the next person. I know right from wrong & have never told anyone they can't believe in what they want. So I don't see why people claim that christians are the only ones persecuted for believing, when I myself & others are persecuted because we don't believe. It's a two way street here people. And before someone asks why I'm even commenting, I do enjoy Christian metal & I was listening to Demon Hunter & this song popped up in suggestions. & it's good. For Today is a good band.
