Ingredients are: 1 egg, 1/4 cup canola or olive oil, 3/4 cup honey, 2 cups whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup brown rice flour , 1 teaspoon of powdered ginger, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon or spices for pumpkin candy, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon of powdered ascorbic acid or Vitamin C for baking.
