I'm going through this with my TF rn and we just hit a BIG moment last night. I set boundaries with her in & out behavior back in June. It's been hard for me to fully surrender because the love and empathy is so deep that I occasionally send her sweet messages of reassurance that I still love her and I'm still here. Well she usually doesn't read them same day, usually within a week or more. Well I wrote her a poem on Monday, she read it that day and left me on read, I sent her a short message yesterday morning saying hope you been doing okay, I love you. She read it last night. One of the biggest things I'm overcoming in this journey is a fear of abandonment. My family has abandoned me, every woman I've ever liked or loved has left me and best friends have left me also. So I messaged her last night, I was very sweet of course but I asked her if she could at least heart my messages or put a dot at the minimum. She leaves me on read. And it triggered that deepest wound and I'm fully on surrending now. No more messages of reassurance, nothing. I'm not gonna be treated like this. You can't even heart my message. Nope. I deserve way better.

I understand that abandonment issue all too well. My parents died when I was young and I didn't realize the effect it had on me. And it's been a theme for my whole life including my adult kids. I've turned a corner in the past almost a year and I'm no longer triggered by what I used to perceive as abandonment. They're living their lives I plan on living mine. It's such a great feeling❤

This week has been interesting... at first I saw old RU-vid channels that I used to watch years ago and had forgotten about, then today I saw an old coworker at the store that I had forgotten about... instead of starting up a conversation, I thought to myself "look how far I've come and I'm so much more happier ". Wow! Feels Amazing!

Came here for a fresh start, and 1 month in my new place, I'm getting bullied and dominated all the time by a psychotic roommate, also the only trans person in the house. I'm tired of the triggers and having to live like a dog at the pound. But I keep saying, this will be over soon. Definitely needed to hear this message, gives me loads of hope. I have a good friend that has bone cancer. That got an eviction notice for her smoking. Now she started smoking on my patio. She has been demanding that I keep my patio light on at night so she can smoke. It has been bothering me to the point that I’m shutting down. Today I put my foot down and said no more smoking on my patio. Boundaries!! 😊

Thank you, MJ, for this reading. Confirmations...definitely seeing how far I have come and how strong I Am! The first VERY VERY toxic narcissistic relationship with a mom was 61 years. I left her for good 3/2024. I got into another situation where I was helping a husband & wife, actually the wife. The husband was VERY narcissistic!!! Everyone in this situation including the wife knew what I had just been through. Long story short...the husband left as they were separating and the last two weeks to a month I was blindsided by the wife and did NOT see what was coming. She is identical to the mom energy I just left! That's right...identical! I'm in the process of leaving this one as I truly see it for what it was. I AM SO much stronger now AND I came to the realization THIS morning that it only took me 5 months to see this one! How incredible this is for me to see how far I have come!!! Woo hoo...I'm still navigating the wife for a little bit longer as I transition out of this. Thank you, MJ! I Love You! 🌈🎉🌹🤗💪💖🌹🎉🌈

You have said we will be receiving so many downloads and I could not figure out what you meant and all of a sudden it hit me that I pass my entire day since he left with OMG I can not believe I have not seen that before !! I started to read and search about my family traumas, the things one finds and yes I feel very light at heart. Things used to get to me and I used to rage !!! Cancer here. Extremely accurate. I actually think my ex has Narcissistic Personality Disorder 😢. It’s extremely rare but I’m certain he has it. He’s wealthy but I broke up w him due to the abuse. I keep waiting to see his next move. He is a Capricorn. It’s been a little over a month. Nothing yet. I wonder if he’s plotting. I caught him off guard by breaking up with him because I’ve changed from the experience and realized I deserve better. I’ve literally grown in the middle of the relationship. Tbh, I'm excited to release all of them from my life. My husband, My twin Flame ( or false flame), My farther. Once these toxic patterns ends, there will be space for us to reconnect in a better way or leave mylife forever. Either is OK with me. The ex still needs to heal from the finality of his divorce. His ex wife hanging a lure in front of him - yeah they both need a bit more time to heal. Would love to know who is offering me WHAT? Yes, I did date a narcissist. We have been in no contact since Dec. he showed up at my house 3 weeks ago. I called his ex wife and told her and she flipped out and “banned” him from ever talking to me again in his life. Who has that kind of control on their divorced past partner at 63 years old. I did not allow him in my home. I think he was surprised- but I needed to see if his ex wife had control over him and if she was still very jealous of me. She apparently has more control than I do. Said he would marry her again. Really they beat the crap out of each other talk about (Love/hate) she said I’ll just go back to him so you can’t. And she has a very very nice partner now that takes so much care of her. And she’s going back to that spouse- they were so toxic together. I don’t get it. She threatened by me still. Let them remarry!She got a huge cash settlement why would you go back🤪

Something is going on cars going by really slow even parked in my neighbors driveway and our road is 45mph which means 55 😂 just not the norm I will never park next to a van and if a van is parked next to me when I go out of the store I will hit the emergency button 🚨 so everyone is watching 👀 plus I sleep with my car keys on the end stand for the same reason plus I have my dogs 🐕 an ant can't even cross the sidewalk without my Teddy barking 😂🤣 I am not kidding.
