Awesome ministration as usual. Just to add that the servant of God from the North that was introduced use the name "Allah" once in his powerful song. The use of "Allah" in Christianity to mean or represent Jehovah God is an error. The fact is that Allah is an idol and god of Islam. There is no comparison with the Living God of the Holy Bible called Yahweh. Many people do it due to poor understanding of the ward Allah. A better Hausa word for Yahweh or Jehovah is "UBANGIJI". Although, I am Yoruba but I lived and schooled in Kano State. Also, I studied Hausa language and Islamic Religious Knowledge or several years from Primary to Secondary school but I am a believer in Jesus Christ.
Calvary Greetings Mr Peter. When Yeshua walked this earth with his disciples, the language he spoke was Aramaic. In Aramaic God is Alaaha, which bears a striking semblance to Allah which is the Arabic equivalent of God. Note also that Arabic is a language that has existed for donkey years before the advent of Islam. In fact the Arabic language had existed for 1000 years+, before the advent of islam. A Christian born and raised in Iraq will refer to God as Allah, because that's the equivalent in his own native language. So yeah, there's no harm in referring to Yaweh as Allah
