Springtime brings out all the soft, tender edibles in the forest. One of my all-time favorites, is Fiddleheads. In this video, I cover how to identify common ferns, particularly Ostrich ferns. Plus, how to harvest, cook and preserve them to safely eat down the road. Enjoy!
