Reminds me of when I was a kid in wales in the 80’s, no lobsters but I used to go out with a paint roller bent out into a hook and get big edible crabs. I still fish but I haven’t done any rock foraging since then. I’m gonna have to give it another go.
Just an idea, could have stirred up the charcoal @ about the 11: 00 min. mark, just before throwing them on. When you lift rocks, looking for things, have you ever considered sliding a smaller nearby rock underneath the edge in order to create a space for the next forage?

any one out there who was worried about the lobster twitching, it was the salt acting as an electrolyte, very common thing in cooking "just caught quarry" great video lads, love the cooking side,
The spark plug looks like the fuse / detonator for a German Anti personnel S mine … probably inert but the mine itself might be hanging around … maybe worth letting EOD / the police and festung guernsey know where you found it. It might have a percussion cap in it …. Probably useless after all these years but would make a mess of your hand if it went off while you were handling it.

nice aroma when you boil elastic bands - imaprts a funny taint onto the claw flesh, novice error to see that - but you took it to another level by grilling the rubber bands. Nice video up to that point. And maybe show the dispatching or is that censored as well?
JASON & FAM & SAM... WHAT DO YOU THINK..? - RSVP... NS.CA.. Just across the Pond... I would love to see how your skills translate over here... The laws are very different here, might not be able to harvest any, probably catch and release, but I will confirm... Worst case scenario: I buy us a few hundred dollars (CAD) worth of NS.CA Lobster, probably tastes (+ / - ) exactly the same, but we will make an adventure out of it :) ...Who knows, maybe the Dept. of Tourism, might talk to the DFO, and grant an exception... If You & Fam / Sam are interested, I'll check into it and let you know, you can arrange your own accommodations, or stay in our guest room(s).
