There’s actually a very tongue in cheek segment they did around… I want to say 2008. It’s a weird segment but if you know about one of the plants they talk about then you might be inclined to research the others. I think they showed how easy it was to propagate salvia, scrape bark from acacias, and explained how those pesky mushrooms could appear in your backyard if you wanted that to NOT happen
Margy B we didn’t insult him in any way at all all we said was he looks like chopper Reid? I’m sure you’ve seen someone who you’ve thought looked like someone else, would u say u insulted him?
@@muzz1874 I was just joking. I know you weren't really insulting him. I do think that Chopper Reid is a low life scumbag thought. This man has a beautiful smile and is a caring person, some Chopper will never be.
t j what better research is there one night ask ? Books and internet can only take us so far .... Glad someone is out in the bush doing the proper science
@@jungleninja8415 In order for that information to wind up on the internet someone has to actually go out and physically do the research first so that only further proves your point lol
you will definantly end up dead if you do that, alot of plants and tree's contain very toxic chemicals and its australia almost everything there can be dangerous.
Wish i had the knowledge this person has , trees are incredible living things , when u are near plants , trees , in forest the feeling is so alive and earthly .
@jason lul thats garbage lol my ex girlfriend was New Zealand raised and she was not the smartest bulb. Having the same education I knew much more about chemistry and history than her
GUS i got caught smoking a blunt on my first day at a new school by the principal. The guy was like “tbh you can do what you want, just don’t bring it to school again” I didn’t smoke at that school after but everyone knew were to get their weed from after that ;)
I live in Australia, we are blessed with tons of psychoactives in nature :) only problem it’s lots of restrictions and consequences are severe if caught. And the government if they can will ban trees and make sure they don’t grow
@@brenton2561 when I over dosed on magic mushrooms the police and ambulance where at my house and then I went to hospital the police didn't charge me at all nothing.
yeah we even have our own version of the coca plant, it may only contain like 0.000001% cocaine but its facinating how of all places we have our own, maybe they did in europe but got eaten all, like siphilium, which could explain the cocaine mummies
I dunno enough about physco active drugs to even have a small opinion but what i can say is that I’m pretty sure that guy was on something and i haven’t seen a more happy and content person in a long long time
Dandenong Ranges is just 20 mins from my house. Much closer than driving 30 mins to my dealer's house in the city for MDMA. Plus it's FREE- if I know which fucken tree to start scraping.
as an african living in west africa Gabon your comment echoed to me.amazingly due to HIV, Ebola and currently covid19 many subsaharian africans keep on using plants for curative purposes. For instance for covid19 people in Congo and Gabon use a mix of boiled plants and inhale under a blanket
Wow, vice making some old school nice content! More like this and less of your other garbage please Vice! I never unsubbed because some times you have great content like this
Hey I'd love to learn more about this stuff. I had heard about it to a small degree but have not until now found someone reputable. Where is the best place to start. I'm not far from the dandy ranges. Cheers
If your in the bush in Australia with a dude thats gotta mustache like this.... theres a 99% chance you aint comin out with him😂 Ivan Milat lookin dude😂
Now I know why i am drawn back to this place time and time again. Might have something to do with the sticks I break off to stir my billy with. Lol. Happy Trails.
Amongst trippers it was always considered poor form to bring commerce into something as profound as the mushroom experience.....you always shared what you had and in turn it was shared with you... That said, I've known them to be sold dry and in capsules.....just don't fuck up and kill someone
Not sure about the Mountain Ash sawdust being psycho active - I worked nearly 5 years in a sawmill cutting exclusively ash logs, breathed in a SHIT LOAD of sawdust and never once felt high.
It's frustrating because I think I know him but not sure from where? As you might understand, the events in which I might have crossed paths with him are rather foggy in my memory.... I wish he was on someones radar too....I own 50 acres of the same kind of bush he was wandering around in....same area, same plants....
