Hi ya, thanks a bunch for the videos on FBL, I’m spreading the word about them to people. One note on initiative cards. I found that using them eliminates players asking about “whose turn is it now” it also tracks wether anyone has fast actions left to dodge or parry, again just by looking, and there are no ties 😊

With a small number of players I would feel close and comfortable with. Along with a GM willing to dig into all sorts of dark stuff. Starting the game as a group that has entered the Forbidden Lands to escape something sounds pretty epic. I expect you have a good chance to die in this game. So I would probably want to make several characters and make them part of a larger group. Set up a base and have the players be in charge of more or less their own clan's allowing them to have a pool of respawns.

Evil guy merging with his daughter. Ephraim Waite did sort of the same thing but worse with his daughter Asenath in H.P. Lovecraft's the Thing on the doorstep.

As that is a soapbox issue for me, I understand! I still like Free League. I pass this off as something that comes from a Swedish company, so it's going to do European things. With that said, I respect your decision.

@@LegionofMyth pronouns in swedish: Han = He Hon = She Hen = He or She Hen was added some 10-15 years ago and is pretty convenient when ypu get used to it. For example when discussing a person with unknown gender, like a crime suspect. The burglary happened last night, HEN took one chicken and 4 pounds of butter.
