In this video tour I take a trip through Forbidden Planet, one of the most interesting and imaginative places in New York City. It's got all kinds of cool and collectible things including statues, sculptures, comic books, graphic novels, art books, amusements of all kinds and, believe it or not, piggy banks. It's a place that will inspire your imagination. Thanks for watching and if you enjoyed this video, please Like, Comment and Subscribe!

Hi Joe, this video made me feel very nostalgic. There was a Forbidden Planet shop in the city of Leeds, where I spent the best part of my youth, and I was a regular visitor. Some years before, when I was in my teens, I used to pay regular visits to a Forbidden Planet-type store called 'Odyssey 7' in Manchester. That was during an intense period of Trekker-dom I recall. I haven't read too many graphic novels, but I can make a couple of recommendations although you may already have read them. One is Alan Moore's cult classic 'Watchmen' (of which there was a movie a while ago, which I never saw), and the other is the Alan Moore version of Swamp Thing, which you can buy in a couple of collected editions. They are absolutely astonishing. Cheers for now, James

Hi Joe : That store is indeed awesome . I was very interested in the age range of the customers/ browsers. From the young to the middle age crowd I would say . You may know this but Vulcan Alberta has a Star Trek museum . It's a small town with a big name you could say . Anyway , thanks for the tour and another glimpse into your creative world . All the Best , Peter .

Hi Peter, Thank you for watching. Yes, fans of sci-fi of all ages go to that store. I did not know that there was a Star Trek museum there. I have no plans to go to Vulcan (not the planet but the city in Alberta) at the moment, but if I do, I will certainly make a point of visiting the Star Trek museum. Thanks for the tip. See you later, Joe.

I feel so very sorry for you.

No, I feel sorry for you because of your uppity, holier than thou, superior attitude and how it must keep you from watching or reading just about everything that isn't depressing (news), or about the life of someone that probably went through some depressing stuff. Even then, you don't know that those are entirely true so, by your own logic, you can't watch or read them.
