What a great review, really enjoyed how you compared the scent to other things in the environment, I wish more reviewers were doing it as it helps to understand what it really smells like. When they only talk about some notes they all mean/smell so differently to many people, I prefer straight comparisons to other things, cosmetics, scents that we might already know of.
Fragrance makers tagging these scents as Extraits in name only kinda kill the allure. Any Extrait that evaporates to a skin scent so quickly is hardly worthy of the title. I've encountered such with a few recent Fragrance World acquisitions of fragrances that I Really love. As always, Love your detailed commentary.
I wholeheartedly agree with you. It did make me wonder if it was by design to make this such a soft scent. I know many get stronger with time, but I just want the full hit upon purchase. Thank you for your kind words Cornelle.
