Ford 7600,6600,5000,7000 3 Point Lift stays up in lower position. Repair how to. 3 Point Lift won’t go down. Tractor repair hydraulic repair RU-vid mechanic
Helpful video, I have a Ford 5000 with a similar issue. With the 3pt lever up or down my 3pt arms don't move up. I can grab the arms and move them myself. And I notice my tractor does not have that bypass in the location on your tractor in the video. I checked the fluid level plug near the pto and checked the transmission fluid. Both are topped off. Looking for advice thanks for your time!
@Corymfjones Your problem sounds like a stuck unloading valve issue. It too is located in the draft cover. If you go to my playlist there’s a “tractor repair playlist” and you’ll see this same tractor that’s pulled into my shop. I’ve also made a video on a stock unloading valve on a 641 ford tractor. The bypass is for the hydraulic oil cooler, if yours doesn’t have a cooler in the grill you may not have that bypass tube.
@@MattTheWelder I removed the cover bolts and started to break the seal but something hanging on preventing me fro. Removing it. If I'm standing behind the tractor near the pto it's on the right side. Not sure what's catching on it.
