Ford 6.0 Coolant Filter • What’s Inside After 9 Months?
This is the 3rd coolant filter I’ve changed on my 6.0 Powertroke. I usually change it at around 9-12 months of use. It’s still pulling sand out of the engine block.
I’ve done a complete and thorough coolant flush and switched to ELC several years ago when I did the new OEM oil cooler & Bulletproof EGR cooler upgrade. (I did the stand pipes, the blue spring upgrade as well.)
