Headphones are a must for this video. I went for a little cruise and decided to film a small walk around of my baby. Make sure you have good sound to get the full experience.
Thanks its a 302 Windsor ported 4v heads with bigger valves, cam with roller rockers. 750 double pumper Holley.C4 auto 3500rpm stall converter. And a 9 inch diff with 3.93 ratio. I wish I had another one with a 4 cylinder 1600 great cars to drive. Enjoy your new toy.
AWESOME! That would be your own made 302 BOSS! My baby is fitted and engineered with an injected 302w, T5 manual and lsd from an EB XR8 Falcon. The body looks good but there are things the need replacing. I'm over the moon to own one, I've wanted one for about 40yrs.👍
@@caprilover6391 boss motors have Windsor bottom end and Cleveland heads. Mines all Windsor. So not boss. Yours sounds beast. Anything on RU-vid to see it?
My RU-vid channel is mostly just for my records so it is not seen very much. I don't need likes. Thanks for admiring though. I'm actually gonna jump in and go for a cruise right now 😀
The oil, volts, temp and rev tach are bolted neatly out of the way under the centre so I didn't feel it was necessary. The original dash is enough for me. But I understand where your coming from. Thanks.
@David Galea No clearance issues. I got the extractors custom made, drop base air cleaner With the 4 cylinder bonnet. All bolts in no problem. What country are you building yours?
@David Galea Ok yes I understand. Here is the same. I'm in Australia. I had to get an engineers report and do everything according to the laws concerning modifications. I'll send you a link to look at so you can get an idea what you need. You may even be able to buy a full conversion kit if your prepared to pay postage.
What's the engine displacement 289 , 302 2v , 351 Cleveland or Windsor ? Sorry he's customize .. Very nice car in all ways , they are pretty rare in my country now & expensive to purchasse even though rusted & incomplete.
No, in Australia the Leyland is not very accessible. Ford Windsor's and cleveland engines are a plenty and parts are easy to get as they were used in our ford falcons here. I would have to import a Leyland from England if I was to do that.
