Great video James glad to see you fixing Fiona fuel system and it started right up. Hopefully you will get the cab jack system figured out and working. Looking forward to your next video stay safe James.
You know what sucks about your videos WHEN THE END LOL 😆. I enjoy them very much when this one ended I was like bummer good job on that old cabover awesome how she just fired up
Tim is going to end up better off in time it just sucks right now but fans of his channel and 0thers are stepping up to. You have your hands full with 13 different projects my hat is off to you I just have my freightliner, ratrod and my shop that burns up all my free time.
James, I see a comment about your V12 build. I can't recall what resolution you came to regarding clearance between the cab and the exhaust manifolds...but I recall seeing a kw w900 with what I thought to be a non factory Detroit v12 shoe horned in. It appeared to have some custom exhaust manifolds on it. Some times a picture alone is worth 1000 words or a least a few ideas from some one elses prospective. Keep up the great work. Love the channel.
Fiona’s a good running truck ! Starts right up. Can’t wait to see what this truck turns into. I’d imagine some aluminum wheels up front, maybe some 5” stacks w/ heat shields and rain caps, a nice old school chrome bumper would change the look completely!
@@JamesPretty For sure. If the tires are good, fluids all fresh, nothing leaking or not working, I’d say take her for a spin a little way down the road!
Not for nothing but every Caterpillar powered truck I had had that filter with the primer pump mounted to it. I've had a bunch and they all have that set-up. You just need to find a new location to mount the housing and filter. Good luck with your project. Keep Em Flying. 👍🇺🇸
She fires right off. Like a good kitty cat! Surprised it didn’t have a primary fuel filter setup on it. As Cats are known to be finicky on their fuel systems. Maybe mount it elsewhere on the frame or just go with it and carry spare filters with you. Looking good tho. Can’t wait to see what is next on Fiona stay safe
Beautiful Fiona started right up! Always love the videos, and appreciate your time. You're going to do great things this year, Mr. Pretty! I'm looking forward to the next video.
I realize it's only a cosmetic issue, but Fiona would look so much better with the bottom section of the grill. I really do like the black with red stripe paint scheme though. It's running quite well too.
Good video again I knew you would get that truck running good and not give up good good job Brother did you say on your last video you were going back to the farm next week and get the other truck my memory ain’t real good no more I think that’s what you said my friend be safe and have a good day and night
Thanks Tom. As soon as I acquire all the replacement air fittings 37 more of them. I should be able to get the thing aired up and then it’s drive time lol. Who needs brakes anyway ;)
Over rated anyway .. you should be used to no brakes, not like your job has them anyway lol, enjoy sir I like working by myself most times but instead of a camera I kick on the do- wop station where I know all words of the songs and wrench in pease it's cold up here in Detroit so I'm going to order something warm if you have em
I've been told to do a channel now that I'm I'm semi retired .. naw .. after dealing with the public in my job for many many years so I found I hate most ppl lol .. plus I'm a private old school guy and sure wouldn't take some keyboard cowboy talking crap ..I'd find him in person and talk face to face so it's better I've found best to not to comment on most channels due that fact, scared a load mouth one time for his mouth and personal attack ..
Nothing wrong with having a good filtration system on your fuel especially when it's been stood a long time. Can you not get the filter and pump to fit on the back of the motor. That steel water pipe for the inlet cooler looks a good spot if the rear of the cab clears.
I'm with you James on the fuel filter I can't believe that they didn't have one on there with how fussy Cat injection pumps are, did you consult with your cat expert Odin to see if it needs one or not?
@@JamesPretty can't breathe and my body is in so much pain but just the fact that I can't breathe is terrifying I've never been this scared of dying from a sickness ever..

I’m not sure. Several people have mentioned that. Perhaps send a message to RU-vid support or maybe you have notifications for RU-vid turned off on your phone?
Started restoring military vehicles with my dad at 10. Hung out with the best drag racers in my small town had some of the best mechanic friends went to college for automotive tech and always worked on my own stuff.
Si tu est sur de ton radiateur moteur , tu peut essayer de le nettoyer a l'interieur a l'acide cholydrique pour le detartrer , ca ne lui fera pas de mal , et de bien le rincer a l'eau apres .....😉
