Dunno how you do it Sid as I just started watching, but I drill these oversize and chuck in riv-nuts now. On almost everything that snaps a bolt. Riv-nut. Just cuts out absolute ages of dicking about. Need a stud sticking out? Riv nut & thread in a bolt from behind - voila, "stud". Bolt bust off in captive nut? Cut it flush with the grinder, drill it out oversize & bang in a riv-nut, Captive nut, voila. I use them everywhere whenever a sheet-fastener fails. Be absolutely lost without my riv-nut gear,
