Hey thankyou for the all the motivation that i got from your video. You must be tenacious and not give up on getting the air out. Within 15 mins of watching your video, I got my 08 6.4 running after running it out of fuel on a hill idling (dumbass me I know ). So most us know that you loosen the back banjo bolt to bleed it not the one with Schrader valve. And that the pump runs 30 secs after turning on the key. I worked solo and It worked fine. I got a ratchet and a 17mm socket and any tool that works to push in the Schrader valve needle gently. I did not worry so much with the valve till the end and I was sure air was done coming out of banjo. you must move quickly in order not to have banjo open after the pump stops or you just sucked in a bunch or air and your starting this over again. so I got an incredible bleed of air when I would loosen the banjo quickly and even jiggle it as to allow trapped air out along with quite a bit of fuel then tighten it back down gently and quickly just enough to not let it suck in more air. only tighten slightly with socket BEFORE it stops. repeat the process until only diesel is coming out with no foam now start bleeding Schrader as well each time until it also just has trail diesel flowing out with NO air. once accomplished tighten down banjo to spec good and snug. then do the x6 30sec priming running the pump to further up the pressure. when you get that last bit of air out you will know--your very close the pressure will be so high opening banjo that you might need safety glasses and a rag because it will be spraying out hard enough to get your attention for sure. open the banjo plenty enough to getrdone. bearly opening it will just take many more cycles of the same. dont not give upif you ran it dry or just got air in changing the fuel filter it will work for you. again great going bud I am subscribed. I bow to you diesel brother I will be sharing my discovery with a local ford mechanic that deals with this all the time.peace out donmiguel it these little details that I hope someone reads my long ass comment...lol and helps another get that ford back on the road
