Bhai meri car ki gear engage ni ho rahi car start hone p clutch loose ho gyaa hai..kiya reason ho sakta hai.

Hi Brother, I bought a second hand ecosport diesel 2016 model which is driven 70k kms driven, the first owner have changed the clutch by 50k kms. I feel like the gear shifting becomes hard after driving for more than 10 kms and after stopping for a while and cooling down the gear is again smoother. What will be the problem brother any suggestions?
