P.S.A. Never work on a car that is supported by cinder blocks, use jack stands that have an appropriate weight rating for the vehicle you are working on.
Hi I would like to ask you a question what happened when I can see my flywheel from the bottom of my pick up it runs good shift shift when they should but when I bought it I didn't see that the casing covering the flywheel had a whole would it be okay or do I need to change the whole thing if you can help me and answer that I would really appreciate it thank you
I'm glad to see somebody's always having some screwed up to say andnegative. I wish I could go buy some that I need at any given time I just shit money.
Jose Castellanos True, but many of us get used to naming them the same. I googled the wrong name myself and it worked out was like...oh yeah, it’s called a flex plate. Good deal, he’s doing the same job regardless.
This has to be a Ford problem. Replacing the flexplate on a 2006 F150 right now. Why did Ford make the flexplate gear out of mild steel? Much easier to replace a starter drive gear than a flexplate!
