Hey KL. So another great helpful video. If you remember i asked you about the Lidar Radar I think last week. So i did figure it out that it does operate the Active City Stop option. Now I'm wondering if you can help me out by finding out what in the body control module i would have to activate to make it work. I found a line in FoCCCus that says City Safety. So i enabled that line and then i went into the instrument cluster and enabled it there so i have the option to tick the box to turn it on or off. But i get the message just like you did saying Active City Stop Not Available. But that is the only message i get. All of my ABS and Hill Start Assist work ok. If you help me out and find info on this i would appreciate it. Tnx
hi i have similar issue mine shows "active city stop not available" and " service engine now" then the car goes on limp- mode. Just fitted a new gearbox and new clutch kit, on the car it still does the same. what could be the issue? and oh! i also remapped the car to stage 1, please advise...
First Ford focus. Transmission failure, had a friend reset or something like that with diagnostic kit. Worked OK for a while and the problem come back second Ford focus . Auto stop start issues. inactive. Has been for about a year. How do I fix this
Transmission failure most the cases are a TCM broken. Auto stop start could be the battery under capacity, replace or ask the workshop to measure it first
@@dans8942 voltage of the batt can not tell the actual of the batt capacity/ how healthy it is, u need to measure a batt cca. Starting the engine is drawn a huge amperes
@Simon Mitchell thank you. I will give that a try. That seems it may be right.. when I turn on the ignition 2 turns I wait for all the lights to turn on . The a.s.t comes up green as if its ready . Then 3rd turn to start engine but after that theirs nothing.
can we use any obd2 reader? can u recommend obd2 reader, i tried to find one like yours but can't find it anywhere. i dont have experienced yet doing diagnostic by myself.
Hi KL Enzo. I need help. I'm getting a random DTC, sometimes its there sometimes its not. I also have ABS light and traction control light with error Active city stop and hill assist. Forscan is giving me code U3000 control module and U0415 ABS module..
Hi Gino, if you're familiar with forscan you can activated your abs sensor left & right on scope menu. While it connected, drive your car and you can monitor the intermittent value on both sensors, my experience one sensor is giving an intermittent value (sometimes zero and sometimes speed value). Check my other video how to use the scope on forscan. U3000, could cause by other things, its a generic info, not specifically abs module. My opinion the changes of the abs/wheel speed sensor is very high. Goodluck mate!!!
