Reason the truck conversion is a bigger harness is SD trucks had bank fire injection vs MAF trucks had sequential injection. In short, SD computers have two fuel injector drivers and MAF have 8 individual drivers

Yes, I do have lightning computer and I believe one MAF, conversion harness left available

I’m not sure. If you compared a speed density Mustang pin out with a mass air Mustang pin out… And vice a versa for the truck that would probably tell you yes/no
