Forearm Muscles Part 2 - Posterior (Extensor) Compartment - Anatomy Tutorial

www.anatomyzone.com
3D anatomy tutorial on the muscles of the extensor compartment of the forearm, using the BioDigital Human Browser (www.biodigitalhuman.com). There are two parts to this tutorial, this is the second part on the posterior compartment muscles. The first part covers the flexor (anterior) compartment muscles of the forearm. This is quite a long tutorial so I may possibly produce another which shortens thing down a bit for people that aren't so interested in all the origin and insertion points of the muscles!

So, Im a random first year medical student viewing this at the end of 2023. My first comment on RU-vid because I had the urge to express my gratitude to such a great video (that was published when I was 5 years old :) ), yet here I am understanding the best from that video.. Thank you Dr. Peter.

Amazing. Your isolation videos are simply amazing. I have tried revising all the muscles, we've finished lectures on all the muscles (including Origin, Insertion, Innervation and Function) and I literally learnt nothing in all the 1 hour 15 minute lectures we had. I learnt it faster on my own, and then to watch this is the best kind of consolidation of my knowledge I have ever experienced. Thank you so much, I will be watching the majority of them!

Hi! This is the 3. video I watched from you, I have nothing to do with human anatomy, Im a horticultural engineer, also working out, so my biological interest and the sport led me to learn anatomy just for fun, and for this you were/are a big help, explaining the details, and also introducing that cool program. Thanks a lot :)
