This is my latest attempt at a forehand throw tutorial. I strongly encourage feedback on what I can do in the future to make similar tutorial videos more helpful.
lol. Out of the hundreds of videos I've uploaded, only one or two don't have any thumbs down. For a while there was a dude who'd thumbs down every single upload. Must live an exciting life to have that much dedication.
Great video, one thing you don't mention shot wise is the benefit in highly wooded areas in that you are looking down the line of your shot the whole time without having to turn away for power as you would with backhand. Very easy to throw straight lazers down tight paths because of this. Love the style of this vid by the way and it can be watched sneakily at work - always a bonus!
I am a hearing person, but I love the captions and lack of a spoken soundtrack. As a student: Watch, read, think, repeat. As an instructor: Plan, demonstrate, analyze, teach one point at a time. Multitasking is an inefficient learning methodology.
