The best thing about this movie is that Deadpool is looking for Ajax the entire movie when all he has to do is ask, but he keeps Asking for Francis and none of his men know who that is.😂😂
@SonOfManHuestreets Deadpool is just a massive troll. He didn't find Ajax until the recruiter (agent smith) told him because he is the only one who knows Ajax's real name is Francis.
@@Issachar_Strong that's still some bull because they didn't have to die lol even those Asian girls he beat up and or killed. Dead pool & Wolverine bout to be dope I've been waiting for this. This dead pool movie just might save the marvel universe
@@SonOfManHuestreets I wouldn’t go as far as calling it bull. Remember that those people had a business of making false promises to people with life threatening conditions so that they could be harmed to force mutations and be enslaved as human weapons.
@@iron_dumplingVigilantes are fighters who want to be heroes, and anti-heroes are vigilantes who do not want to be heroes, yet still eliminate villains. Batman is a vigilante who cares for humanity. Deadpool is an anti-hero who doesn't care about the people and/or environment around him at all, and only sets his mind on his own livelihood and wellbeing. So, in other words, the original comment was correct as it stated an anti-hero without having ever explicitly said it
The guy whose forehead wasn't fractured by the bullet wasn't a mutant. The bullet didn't kill him because it had already gone through two skulls before it got to him. It didn't have enough power to go through another forehead.
"Deadpool" is basically what's known as an Anti-Hero. Like "Venom", he has no aversion to using violence to accomplish his goals, but he does focus on bad people and leaves good people alone. "Deadpool" is former military spec ops, which is why he has the attitude that he does. Spec Ops guys talk crazy shit to everyone, and each other, just to laugh because it helps to deal with the gravity of their job.
I loved how she said "That will shut him up" knowing that the only thing that ever shut him up was the match scene. Getting Deadpool to shut is like trying to heard stray cats on the first day.
And the "Agent Smith" part isn't actually his name, it's a Matrix reference. Referring to him as Jared was also a child molester joke, referring to the former Subway spokesman.
The reason Wade looks like he was burned isn’t because of the treatment. It’s because he has such aggressive cancer throughout his body, and his healing powers are constantly pushing the tumors and cancerous cells out of his body, which means to the surface. So you see his cancer on his skin. That’s also why he looks a little different each time you see him.
In the itsy bitsy arc (Spider-Man/Deadpool 2016), it was revealed that there was a psychological reason which was kind of interesting but I don't think it was canon or anything
Yeah, mutate healing forces the cancer out, but it also heals the majority of cancerous cells, so they can't just be eliminated or absorbed. His disease is just as hearty as his healthy tissue.
In some of the comic art I remember, when his mask was off it looked like his skin was boiling. From the aggressive super mutant healing factor working to overcome his cancer.
DP is an example of an "anti-hero". A bad guy who over takes other bad guys who are far worse. He's usually someone that the audience roots for. Other examples would be "Leon" in "Leon: The Professional" (1994). Mel Gibson's character in "Payback" (1999). And Charles Bronson's character in "Death Wish" (1974), and maybe the character, Arthur Fleck in "The Joker" (2019). Even Batman would be considered an Anti-hero since he's a vigilante and therefore a criminal, but someone who fights even worse criminals that Police have been unable (or unwilling) to catch. The most famous TV anti-hero would probably be Walter White of "Breaking Bad" (2008 -2013).
Ryan had to read the Deadpool comics for his role in Blade Trinity. After that, he was hooked on it and was keeping his ears open for someone who wanted to make this movie.
u guys: ''why not in the balls?'' ''He should get him in the ball" ''he'll get him next time'' I can tell yall really getting into the Deadpool energy at the end there😂 It was fun seeing yall completely confused and surprised at the beginning but started to roll with it and just enjoy the movie even with its weirdness and profanities 🤣
Because of this R-rated film, we got the R-rated film LOGAN. This is as close to the comic book as we can get. DP asking for Francis from the bad guys is funny because they only know him as Ajax. Another good Ryan Renolds film is Free Guy.
@@sirmoonslosthismind it’s a movie about a superhero. You could break it down into further sub genres if you want but Logan is a superhero movie like Deadpool is a superhero movie like watchmen is a superhero movie. That term doesn’t reference the style it references the subject thank you for the needless correction that isn’t correct. Just because it’s a a deconstruction or a post-superhero movie it’s still a superhero movie. Just because it isn’t a typical superhero movie doesn’t mean it isn’t one it’s an evolving term.
@@samrogers5090 are you proud of yourself? your definition is meaningless. by your definition, i can make any movie a superhero movie by releasing a sequel that reveals that one of the characters was a superhero all along. the identity of the subject doesn't make it a superhero movie. the triumph of a fantastical force of good over a force of evil makes something a superhero move. _logan_ is a western.
@@sirmoonslosthismind yes and my logic works. Apply this to the movie split. Am I proud of myself what are you talking about you’re the one that came into trying to correct something that didn’t need correcting. That’s very annoying.
At 52.58, Tien said, "take his skin off", when Deadpool had Ajax down & ready to headshot him. At 53.28 she said, "you can keep him alive, but take his skin off. He will live like that forever. He cannot heal his skin." Wow, just imagine if she was a mutant out for revenge ! Piss her off & somebody's going to lose a lot of weight because Tien doesn't play around ! She'll leave you with nothing but bones ! She got that fire in her heart. I like that. She's not too sweet. She's a little bit bitter with some bite ! That's how you deal with villains in the comic world, headshots & skin removal. That's TIEN-STYLE !
I like your reaction.Deadpool's girlfriend is played by Morena Baccarin. She starred in one of my favorite sci-fi tv series Firefly, which lasted only one season and has a movie to conclude. The show is a sci-fi show about a crew who smuggles idems through space while also taking on passengers. Each episode is different as different passengers come on board with their own stories. It is also a western with sci-fi elements as the crew travel to different planets.
My only complaint is that they didn't give Deadpool a second internal voice, otherwise it's almost perfect. In the comics he has thought bubbles/narration in two different colors, and it would have been funny to have Ryan Reynolds doing a funny voice (or even better, having Hugh Jackman impersonating Ryan Reynolds 🤣🤣🤣)
First Deadpool appeared in New Mutants comics, along with Domino and Gideon. A decade later, another creative team made him funny. That's the Deadpool we see here. The funny one, not the Liefeld one.
Deadpool is a Antihero. But a good Antihero. His Jokes are risque and his Language is crude. he is the Hero for the 21st Century. Ladies, look awesome this Time. Greetings from Austria! 💞💞💞
This is my favorite teaction so far! I love you ladies! A few things just in case you didn't get it: Deadpool's power is amazingly powerful healing Negasonic Teenage warhead's power is being able to control and manipulate energy. And finally, in the comics, Deadpool's girlfriend Vanessa becomes a mutant as well called Copycat and she is COOL! Thanks again! Waiting for the next one!
In the comic, Wade Wilson's past depends on the continuity, but his most consistent comic book origin story is being a former special forces soldier who worked as a mercenary assassin until he was diagnosed with terminal cancer, and then entered the Weapon X Program (of which Wolverine was a part of) when normal treatments failed. Hoping to get cured and become a hero, Wade received an experimental treatment derived from Wolverine, a mutant with a Healing Factor. He gets the healing factor along with enhanced physical abilities, but there's a catch: Wade's healing factor rapidly repairs and replicates cells, so it cures his cancer, then quickly brings the cancer cells back, and eradicates them again and again. So, not only is he physically ruined, but his mental sanity takes a dive. To make the movie more self-contained (and leave some room for any future films on the Weapon X project), Deadpool's power in this film is from his own innate mutation rather than from Wolverine. 8:31 Nope. Bullets lose energy as they pass through solid objects; what happened was that the bullet went through two brains and four layers of skull, so there wasn't enough energy left over to cause more than a simple flesh wound on the last person in that line.
🙋🏼♂️ 🇬🇧 👏🏻 Deadpool !! Lets gooooo !! The " anti - hero " hero & probably the best movie interpretation of a comic book i have seen . I think Hella is low key a baddie , she seems to enjoy the violence a bit too much ! 😂 😂 have a great week ladies & stay safe 🙏🏻 .. The Untouchables should be on your list 👍🏻 ✌🏻
A fun joke that was edited out here ( reactors have to edit it down to avoid copyright problem ) was "It's like the studio could only afford two of X Men to be in the movie." - DP
The one unfortunate thing is that this movie references a lot of other movies, which you girls haven't seen yet. So there were a lot of jokes you completely missed. Still a good reaction, but you should have watched some other things first.
Its not like we watched movies in any order growing up, im sure there are still references im yet to get. Doubling back and getting old jokes is part of the fun
@@xplicitification For most movies, yes, I'd say no big deal. But unfortunately, in this movie, half the jokes are references. The movie relies on pop culture references. Since they didn't even get the "Polverine" reference, I'm pretty sure they wouldn't get a single xmen reference.
This movie got Colossus better than the X-men movies did. The character is more comic accurate. In the comics he is Russian and written just like in this movie.
Great dark humor movie. Part 2 is also worth watching. Ryan Reynolds also played in X-Men Origins: Wolverine and Blade: Trinity. Great actor and always with dark humor. Always fun to watch your reactions. Brighten up my day.
U are right about Deadpool not being a hero. He is what u would call an antihero ^^ He kills ppl basically haha, where heroes tries not to harm i guess.. He is in the same "universe" as X-men, which includes the likes of... Wolverine, and many others ;) (Mutants)
The name that rhymes with "Pulverine" was a Wolverine reference. Ryan Reynolds the actor who plays Deadpool has a long friendship with Hugh Jackman who played Wolverine in the X-Men franchise. They constantly make fun of one another. 😂 Deadpool was introduced in the pages of The New Mutants which quickly became the X-Force comic book. Then got his own title. 😂 You also might want to check out the end credits scene. 😅
@MovieMunchies, @19:25 or so, when he says, "within 300 feet of a school...," he is implying the agent is a pedophile, so he should go. That is the joke, based on American laws concerning "sex crimes."
u guys should cheak out the end credits. most marvel moveis have a scean or even 2 after or in the middel of the credits. They either wrap up loose ends set up another movie or give closure, but deadpools end credits are just comical😂 other than that loved the reaction🥰
Deadpool is whats known as a anti hero. they fall in between hero and villain. they aren't evil or go out to hurt innocent people but they dont live up to the heroes code of not killing and pulling punches. they'll brutally injure an kill anyone they deem needs to be dealt with
The only downsides with the reaction is that they don't understand most of the jokes. They're very confused or the jokes just go unnoticed. Second is the trouble understanding heavy accents.
This is the only movie that I watched this twice in theaters. It's also the last movie I watched in the theaters. It had a very low budget, but it was great and they did the character justice. It was a huge hit and made an insane amount at the box office. They tried doing this character in a Wolverine (played by Hugh Jackman) movie years prior, and the same actor Ryan Reynolds played him. But it was terrible because they completely changed the Deadpool character and made him nothing like the real character.. They reference it in this movie when they show the toy of that previous Deadpool character at 17:22, and he references it when he's on the torture table. Ironically, they're making a Deadpool and Wolverine movie. So this Deadpool character will be on screen with the same Hugh Jackman Wolverine character as years before. So it's like it came full circle... I just hope the writers and directors don't ruin it like they've been ruining every movie out of Hollywood for the past few years.
All three of you are reacting on this one? Sweet! I am going to enjoy this 33% more!! LOL Right after their introduction in the movie was about to start, an ad kicked in - and what was it? Ryan Reynolds himself promoting his Mint Mobile service! Now that is ironic. Ok, now on with the sure to be fun, endearing, and sexy reaction...
Hello Tien, Chi, & Hella!😊 Yep, when Deadpool shot those three guys in the head together, it got stuck in the last guys forehead. The mask was Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) under Wade's mask. Most Marvel films have one or more end credit scenes. This film had one, but it was not very important. Great reactions to this unusual Marvel film, Ladies!!!!🎬👏👏👏👏
Deadpool is an anti-hero, all the protection and saving from heroes, but without the pesky leaving the bad guys alive so they can return to their shenanigans later on 😉
