Should have a million views, I agree. This speech is being quoted around the world right now. That's how I got to search for the whole speech and I'm glad I found it. EDIT: after watching the whole video, I'm disappointed Mr. Vance is hawkish on China. Same foreign policy he is advocating against - it seems he is just playing Africa. He is picking and choosing.

Most that pretend to be anti-war are only anti *this* war because they can tell it’s unpopular. Somehow they think we’ll be all for another if it’s against the big scary CPC. Been disappointed with *a lot* of people on their idea of how we should “handle” China.
