Foreigner Comparing Grocery Prices in INDIA vs UK 🇮🇳

In todays video, I went to Dmart and while shopping I was Comparing Grocery Prices in INDIA vs ENGLAND
My final view (which I did not mention in the video) is that...
In England I would buy less products for the money I spent here, however...
In England avarage's salary is much higher than in India and it is difficult to give a final verdict as one would have to compare everything, not just grocery shopping, such as the cost of accommodation and the cost of energy bills etc and how much a person gets left with a residue income to be able to truly compare these measures.
And also it is very natural for me as a foreigner who has British pounds to spend Not to compare and convert prices of everything
Finally, I was using the estimated conversion rate of 100 INR to GBP which fluctuates daily.

I spent 5 years in Sweden before returning back to India and during my stay over there I felt that the vegetables in the supermarket were very expensive and had no taste. For an instance the tomatoes lacked the sour taste. Then lot of packaged or frozen vegetables. Whatever we took for granted here in India like vegetables and fruits like mangoes etc. were expensive. The only thing that I really enjoyed in Europe was the fresh bakery items.

Most European countries import Biologically modified food items from US companies like the Monsanto. The process results in food items being almost tasteless, with very less nutrition per ounce and in some cases.. even cancerous (Don't ask me if it is planned or not, the company swears that it is not planned and just happens sometimes "magically", and if you think of suing them legally, especially in the US, they have an army of lawyers who will counter sue you for defamation until you are bankrupt, anything more than this could be considered conspiracy theory, but it is up to you to research more). The few countries in Europe who are holding back against these massive corrupt companies are probably Spain, Italy or France.. since they have had a long traditional cuisine rich history of their own. If you can, try tasting fruits and food produce from these countries and then compare them to the food from the US or UK.

1. Maida is all purpose flour for baking cakes. 2. Tapioca balls are ones u see in boba tea. It's also used when people are fasting in India. It's called sabudhana khichdi. U soak a cup of it in double times water for 6 hrs. Drain water. Add a teaspoon salt and sugar each. Add crushed coarsely ground peanuts and keep aside. Heat oil in pan, add cumin seeds, hing (asafoetida), curry leaves, chillies, and boiled cut cub potatoes. Once it's cooked add these tapioca balls mixture and cook till tapioca ball turn transparent. Sprinke chpped corriyander leaves and juice of lemon and mix. It will taste salty, sweet, tangy, chewy, potato and everything at same time. 3. Some even make tapioca balls kheer. Aka soak in water then all to boiled milk, sugar, cardamon pods, fried nuts and mix. Kheer dessert is ready. 4. Some even make sabudhana aka tapioca vada which is those soaked balls added with spices and leaves, salt deep fried and eaten with chutney

This video is a great illustration of the exact economic reason Britain wanted to colonize India. It got control over India’s near infinite labor force and arable land. Thus way it could maintain cheaper prices for the food and materials it imported from India.
