In the 80's Kelly the lead singer was fronting a band called Hurricane. Check them out.

Also the bassist Jeff Pilson was an original Dokken member.

I saw them live, and Lou Gramm wasn't there, which I didn't know beforehands. I was impressed by Kelly Hansen, he can really sing the stuff. Good singer, good concert.

One of the biggest mistakes I've made is not seeing Toto in 2013 because Bobby Kimball wasn't singing with them - Joe Williams is fantastic, Luke's basically the frontman anyway, and the guys they had in place of the legendary Porcaro brothers are brilliant musos too. I'm going to go see them in Poland next year even if it's just Luke and Joe left. There are plenty of great rockers out there to enjoy! Plus, here, you get a quarter of Dokken - what's not to love? ;-)

Bass player - Jeff Pilson. Dokken, Lynch Pilson, Dio, Flesh & Blood/War & Peace, T&N, MSG, and others.... Been around a while. But, cut his teeth in Dokken during their 80s/90s years. He always runs around like he has hot coals in his shoes! haha! Great song writer & singer (lead or backing). Kelly Hansen is awesome, period. Lou was a great songwriter, but so is Kelly. They both have a great sense of melody and ad lib well.... I also liked Lou in Shadow Kings.

The immense amount of autotune might have something to do with it. I thought I was listening to "Believe" by Cher for a moment. He's a great singer, but when every note is absolutely perfect, it's tuned for sure. Plus you can just hear the hollowness of the corrections.

Because it's an Auditorium, and it's sold out. Google some pictures if you've never seen one. There is no place for dancing and it's meant for enjoying a show in a comfortable position. Not everyone needs a crowded hall with mosh pits and random spasms. The crowd itself seems to be more mature, too. I can't see those annoying kids with their phone up high trying to get some footage in potato quality.

+BananaPlasm didn't realize you need a whole dance floor to jump up and down. let those performers know you're as electrified as they are! More energy, better performance

+TallDalton Of course you don't, and as you can see there are some doing exactly that. I'm sorry that I sounded condescending to dancers in general, I did not mean that. What I was trying to say is that it's simply not the location. Specifically this Auditorium has several tiers with their chair backs bend backwards, E.G. like in some cinemas or airplanes, maybe trains. If you were to stand up the chair back of the one in front of you would press against your tights. It's a physical thing. You can't jump straight and standing can be a pain. The other thing I was trying to mention is that under the wrong circumstances dancing can be quite annoying and in this case it would be disrespectful to stand up and block the view of whoever is behind you. Imagine an elderly couple who wants to enjoy a show and in front of them some drunken guys who try to be "metal". That's why a dance floor in general is a more favorable place for enjoying a show physically. Also I'm pretty sure the whole floor above those poor people would come down. :p

Pineda has done a pretty good job with Journey too.

I can agree because I'm a big Toto fan and Joseph Williams has been outstanding. It's not easy to replace the original singer like in Kelly's case it's Lou.

Brian Tichy, drummer use to play for Whitesnake. This guy is a beast when it comes to drums. I think he is one of the rock drummers right now. Plus alot of feeling to a song. But yeah it's amazing how he does it.
