Come to Kerala and try some malayali snacks. There are so many!! Though I must warn you that I'm getting roasted here - it's 30 degrees, IN WINTER! Too much for a Finnish girl 🥵

I looove papads!! Sometimes when these Indian restaurants give you papad as a wait time snack, I end up asking for more 😂. And pudina chutney... makes me drool 🤤

The restaurants have chutneys in cups in the table. Right way is to serve the chutney on your plate and eat off the plate and not dip in the cup. It's so because the chutney will remain on the table for the next guests only replenished. The accompanying Indian should tell them that. Else hoteliers should replace the cups entirely after one set of guests leave.
