I have a question if a police officer stop you in your vehicle, and your time on traffic ticket states 2121 and on the criminal police report it states the offense time is 2323 and arrest time was 2330. The reports traffic and criminal also has contradict herself, one states i gave her a drivers license and the other states she find my ID searching my vehicle which I never gave consent to be searching saying in her report I give her a piece of roach, and that’s what supposedly give her probable cause, it’s a lot to examine but the whole situation was recorded cause they officer wear no cameras or dash cam, my case is in Gretna, Louisiana I would really like to talk in person cause I feel my case would me perfect for a lot of people, reach out please
Your question is a good one. But I believe an LA attorney could give you the best answer since LA law might come into play here. With that said, the different times in the report and and the times on the ticket might be an issue, but most likely not. In any case, these mistakes could be used to impeach the officer showing they don't pay attention to details. That's the same way to use the other contradictions you mentioned. Good luck!

@@GustitisLaw why? I was guessing that when detectives gather dna evidence that they would need to know the process so they don't destroy or contaminate it. So when detectives are put on the stand, they will be clueless. Thank u,
I fell asleep behind the wheel. I woke up to the police tapping on my window. This cop asking me if I was still with my husband. My husband known for drugs. This cop demand me out of my car so he could search. During their search they found marijuana and methamphetamines paraphernalia. I was arrested released on o.r. bond the next morning. I did community service and paid a fine for the marijuana.. at the time of the arrest they sent the meth to the lane a year later it comes back as meth. But a week after the arrest I was pulled over again. Different cop but same scenario he said he thought he'd seen marijuana cigarette in my console which was a lie search my vehicle didn't find anything now prior to all this I had fallen and broken my wrist and giving me hydrocoding which caused me to be sleepy but the second cop knew my husband. But the second cop who pulled me over a week after my arrest was piggybacking off of the first cops statement they both knew my husband.
