I bought the mini in this so it should be here tomorrow. I have the nuface mini as well and yes, like anything else, consistenty is key! I too have some droop to my brows and since I have been using it, I can see and feel the difference. It's the same like if you exercise regularly or diet. Changes are made but you cannot stop unless surgery ofc. But I used the mini on Mom's jowls and she too had seen a difference. Can't wait to try the bear to compare the difference! TFS

I probably agree with the comment about twitching not been good. I've had microcurrent on my knee due to a broken ligament thay did not healed well and the treatment has worked very well and was very pleasant. I remeber the therapist maling sure I was not on any discomfort at any time. I've also been lookong into Caci facials and they seem to be very relaxing too. Xx

I use Nuface for my hooded eyes and overal facial toning (round face problem lol) and for the first time I see some shading on my cheeks lol I thought it was melasma as I've never seen my face like that before lol I love it for my hooded eyes though really lifts my eyelids and opens up my eyes. I used to do for 30mins at night when I had to go to the office but I think doing in the morning is much better as we tend to wake up a little puffy. Really helps wake me up as well! Then...lockdown. I dropped the ball for 7 months =)) Now things are opening up and with a backlog of gatherings and socials I've been using everyday for over 1 hour in the morning as I'm still working from home and the massive difference starts after 1 week. I'm at the end of 2nd week now and I think it's as good as it gets, but we'll see. Hoping to see more lifting and less lines there as I lose weight too! It's all about prioritising, consistency and incorporating in your daily life to make it work. I know I do way longer than the recommended 5 mins. It's because I incorporate basic moves with advanced prolonged holding moves and obviously cranking maximum power mode, as I desperately needed to look good in 1 week. Also time flies when I'm working or watching youtube so really didn't feel that long. Results is like wow! hello toning and definition! I like the nuface as thay have skinny head attachment for the brows. I use the big original head for the whole face and eyes, then go back in straightaway on the eyes with the skinny head. I think it helps enforces on tiny muscles at lot better.

I see a dramatic difference!...I use the myolift once a week for about 30 to 45 minutes or more if I have time and I use the nuface every other day for about 10 to 15 minutes to maintain the results. I know that people are annoyed with the time it takes but it matters a whole lot in the long run. I do it while watching TV. Its not that bad with the results you get if you are consistent.

Very cute device, I love my Nuface cause it has the attachment for the eye and lip and holy hell it does an incredible job of lifting the eye, you need to for sure try it, the bigger ball still works but omg the difference for me using the smaller points is unbelievable ! I love microcurrent, I do it maybe 4 to 3 times a week and I love the results, good luck with it ! Xx

when i get micro current from my esthetician, i believe its more powerful and theres a DRAMATIC difference instantly but it lasts 1 month so i go back every month but its only $150 and i dont have to go as often anymore as it lasts longer and longer. been doing it for 6-8 months. micro-current is my fav, but i want to try attacking my hooded eyelids more because theyre still pretty hooded.

Yes please! Could you please compare Nuface and Foreo. Been using Nuface Trinity (big balls) for more than 2 months and still not sure if I can see much difference. Still hoping for some improvement though soon. X

I have the Rio Lift face toner & the Nuface with the attachment. The Muface is a great device. I have seen little results so far although it is too soon to provide full review. Micro current needs perseverance though and commitment. My major concern is the droopy eyelids.

I can see a difference. I know I get results with Nuface mini, but I confess I lost interest over lockdown . I would love Myolift mini, but know that if I don’t maintain Nuface usage I really can’t justify the outlay. I think it is any gel that I don’t like, and I wonder if tightening feeling after use is due to residue of gel even though you remove it. I do seem to remember a couple of videos where people just spray water. Maybe I’ll try again. You do encourage me with all your videos. Thank you. Hx

Hi, thanks for the vid. I'm awaiting the arrival of my bear :). Interesting you mention that it will break down your botox faster. Seems like common sense that it would and it is something I am concerned about. However, when googling most sources (including dermatologists) said that it wouldn't be a problem with botox (provided you wait a couple of weeks after getting it). None gave an explanation as to why. Perhaps because it attaches to the nerve, not the muscle as such, though surely if the microcurrent is stimulating the muscle, it can only do so via the nerves? I did find one source that said it would break it down, but I would expect there to be more. May I ask where you found the info? I've read so many conflicting and confusing things. Some sources say that microcurrent won't work on the muscles in areas that you have had botox as the nerve is temporarily shut down. Then there are other sources that say that microcurrent devices don't even work by direct muscle stimulation, so who knows what to believe! I did read that microcurrent is not the same as EMS (electrostimulation of muscles like in the ab toning belts you mentioned). Apparently the way microcurrent actually works is just speculative though. There isn't actually evidence that it stimulates collagen and elastin as the companies claim (why don't they just do a clinical trial?!). However, I've seen many videos where people show before and after results that show a definite positive difference, so it must be doing something! X

To a certain extent, I think she was right.....When I've got more weight on, I look much better filming from the shoulders up. I'm interested to see if you get any side effects from this. I decided not to buy the nuface after hearing some reviews saying it had caused irregular heartbeat (watch Jen Phelps on youtube for that) & also quite a few saying it had caused migraines. I already occasionally get the latter, so didn't want to risk it for the high price. However, I have also watched people I trust (hot n flashy & Lisa Eldridge) who love the nuface & clearly have good results. Emma x

I have read some articles about the effectiveness of micro current devices in studies and they said not only do they strengthen the muscles and activate the tissue and cells but also they increase the ATP ( energy currency for the cell 50 times more than without) for the cells. That would mean increased energy to regenerate and so... unfortunately I don’t find the articles right now... if I find I will link them here

Do we need to use it with the serum that comes with it, or can we use it with regular skin care serums?

I'm torn between buying the mini bear or the mini nuface. One blogger said the mini bear is better because it has a stronger current and you can get results quicker. Can you use aleo Vera gel with the Foreo Mini?

I’ve been using a micro current machine (Myolift mini) that I go from the States and you need to be careful. if you’re getting any twitching sensations then you need to turn down the frequency as this can deplete the ATP which promotes new collagen. So if you experience twitching then you’re doing the opposite of what you want it to do. You shouldn’t really feel any sensation

Hi Karen I think it is something that will work if you use it continuously, but it is very expensive for these devices. The myolift gets the best consumer reviews, but it is around £350 which is certainly outwith my budget (though a lot cheaper than surgery). When you add up the cost of LED masks, microcurrent devices etc etc etc it is a massive outlay, as well as a big time commitment to continue usage. I don't have the budget for all that and will just keep going with my skincare (including tretinoin). One of the other youtubers I watch uses multiple devices (all of which are "gifted") and I added up the cost to well over £1000 of these items being promoted. It's a bit much for most people I feel. It does depend on our individual budget and what we're prepared to spend to hold back the hands of time I guess, but so far it's a no for me. I wish you every success with it though and do see some difference in the pictures. Best wishes.

Definite difference outer corner and mid hood I see it. Great techniquecon outer corner Karen. Also Dr Ben Johnson of Osmosis famechas products like 'Rescue" and "Repair' . He says aged skin is actually damaged skin. That theory certainly coincides with wound healing products and anti aging products work in a similar fashion. That said though, we have to be smart about what we buy. Most skincare does not change the skin beyond the appearance. But hey, I never saw that as a problem. To the contrary since the epidermis is what people see I think that is fine!

Hi lovely I said I would update on my Nira, and another week on, I really think this is the answer for us hooded eye ladies. Karen, I've got moveable lids!! For the first time in decades. I am using it twice a day but apparently that's fine. I've only been using it just over two weeks. I cannot wait for you to try yours and am waiting for your video. Hi Karen, I just wanted to say I had to have my gorgeous old cocker spaniel put to sleep today. She had come to the end of a happy much loved life and the only option was to let her go. I’m feeling so unbelievably sad I don’t know what to do with myself. I keep my feelings to myself in the main but for some reason I wanted to share my sadness here. I can see a difference your eyes look firmer. But its very expensive i could not afford that but great if you can. Yes when you lose weight it ages your face that's why i don't like to lose to much weight now 🙄

On Ebay lol yes me and Ebay i bought a similar device a few years ago, my chin area was the only difference i saw. They sent me some Gel? Which i ran out of. If i had paid more than 20 pounds i would have been upset, but it was a rip off item. So what was i expecting. Actually it is longer ago than that i was overweight and lost some, so 4 years. Yes you're correct Karen. A few weeks after you stop using a microcurrent device you will start to lose the effects. After the initial six weeks of using it five times per week, you would need to continue with a maintenance treatment about three times a week. Like any muscle in the body I suppose - use it or lose it! From what I've read you should not use a microcurrent device for at least forty eight hours after having fillers or Botox. Personally I'd leave it a fortnight after fillers to be on the safe side. I finally purchased the Nuface Trinity last week so too soon to see results although my hooded eyes are definitely lifted after each session. I have the ELE attachment which is easier to use around the eyes and mouth. Next year I hope to get the red light mask you've got to hopefully reduce the wrinkles a bit. So expensive trying not to look like the saggy wrinkled old hag that I seem to be turning into! X

The idea of "toning muscles" in the face makes me very sceptical because it's the skin that loosens not the muscles and nonsense like facial yoga make sagging worse. There is a great video all about it by Dr Schultz on dermTV, an old video now but brilliant info. X
