It's cause when a person is sexually aroused could get this "sleepy" vibe and bedroom eyes*, not having a need to sleep, they are just excited. And do you really need to touch your intimate parts to "wake you up"? I don't think so. The argument contradicts itselft, consider the whole context on the situation, not isolated signals or you'll misread everything.
*The expression bedroom eyes originated as a description of a half-closed or sleepy eyed look. Most often used to denote someone with hooded eyes.

✧ You didn't get the information properly. And no, there's no possibility on Taehyung being a power bottom since Jungkook showed passive sexual arousal cues on his body language. 1. Touching all over his body. 2. Rubbing between his tights. 3. Pressing his legs together tightly, and bouncing. This cues are a sexual invitation, and is informing his partner he is ready to RECEIVE the encounter and desiring it.

✧ I did noticed, but I also noticed that it's not that way how he does it normally, to be a professional at observing, you must notice the whole picture and know the differences, and go a step forward or everyone would be able to trick you and make you believe what they want you to believe. First he did this thing with his two fingers (a very known sexual gesture by anyone, and as far I know, more for homosexual couples, i'm not going to go further with this cause it's too graphic) twice with both hands (and made sure to make this above the table, to be seen), and then he did what he often does when is cracking his fingers, with his other fingers (ring finger and pinky) to mask/conceal, then he took off his ring and make people believe what you believe, cause they are in front of cameras. (if he wanted to play with rings, that would be a way of flirting sexually by BL, yet i think he stopped himself). But he's not that naive to make this without even try to cover it up with something else, it's a very explicit gesture. While doing this, he gave glances at Taehyung to make sure he was looking, and Tae did noticed and gave glances as well. I can't prove that this IS what happened to you with facts tho, so, it's just my theorie against yours in here. But I can prove with stated facts that he was on the mood of flirting conscious (and unconsciously) and also, sexually aroused, confirmed by his body language, and we go back to the same, you can't fake it.
