I'm what one would call overly traditional regarding most things and while I can certainly see why a more modern individual might simply love this structure and its new age appeal, to me its design recalls the high end shoe stores I would visit as a child in the 1980s & early 1990s. It is indeed a wonderfully modern structure and it certainly does have a beauty to it. Yet, to me it smacks of a high end fashion mall for 40yrs ago but I imagine that might be a suitable memorial to many of us who grew up during that time period and a reminder of "happier times".
