This is the delicacy of the season. When the rain comes mushrooms come forth. Wood fungus and white mushrooms are combined with carrots and rice to make these delicious dumpling? Thank you for sharing. May you and family be happy and healthy always

So these grow wild and you pick them? If that’s the case, then why are they ALL perfectly white, free from any dirt particles? Even when you supposedly pull them out of the ground, they do not have a speck of dirt on them! This is obviously a staged video with store bought mushrooms! LMAO 😂

Um...frequent rain, and yes, she washes them. I have seen videos where there is specs of soil/debris on the bottoms. But generally you don't find them In cow dung like we get here in the US..

No it’s real it was like that too in my country,because the location is clean,, not to dusty it’s a lot of moisture… sometimes the shetaki mushroom grows in the branch of the tree ,you eat it right away that’s how clean it is..
