This is heaven. Thank you for not looping the sounds so much that they're consistent. The inconsistencies and lack of pattern is absolutely perfect IMO. Also, the softness (for lack of a better word) of some sounds compared to others make it feel like I'm in this lovely place.

Thank you for making this. I played this for my dog while she was sick and when she passed. She loved hiking in her earlier years and was the best girl ever. This helped her relax and sleep. I played it for her a lot when she could no longer get out into the woods. It was the only soundscape she really liked. It helped both of us very much. Thank you.

I like this background sound a lot. Sometimes with nature sounds there can be some birds or a water stream that is just too loud and comes to the foreground too much. But here everything is nicely balanced sounding. Very nice!

If you do decide to listen to music, try doing instrumental Ive found that it’s a lot easier to concentrate cause there’s no words to pay attention to. I listened to orchestrated versions of a lot of songs, you can find em on Spotify or RU-vid or something

I love how soft the ground is under your feet when you stroll around in the woods. Also the smells are some of my favorite damp moss,decomposing leaves, flowers and pine needles. Accompanied by that natural ambient music of wind going through the tree tops, birds , animals snapping twigs and moving the floor cover. As if that all wasn’t already good enough, we get blessed with all the different shading and light filtration hitting various leaves or lighting up a fallen tree in the distance. It really is a wonderful place to be.

personally, I would want a treehouse high up in the trees and my friends would also have treehouses in surrounding trees! We would have little ziplines which blend into the surrounding and we would all have the best binoculars for birdwatching. When I lived in Russia as a child, my grandparent's house was near a forest. I remember hearing this sort of ambience as I was falling asleep and waking up. I crave to go deep into a luscious green forest once again.

After some time of imagining the delights of better days which I hoped would come, I rose. Soon after I found myself on the road again, listening to the sounds of nature rather than the growl of my stomach. A bird hopped upon a branch from an overhanging tree, the shade cooling my hot body. A woodpecker drilled away somewhere in the distance, the wind caused the grass and branches to tremble.

I'm currently a fourth year staying at my university, and this makes me feel so nostalgic. My childhood home is a log cabin in the middle of forest like this (minus the magic lmao) and I used to fall asleep to sounds just like this. Woodpeckers, crows, random bird calls, rustling leaves, and a small flowing creek was my nightly asmr

Every day after work, all the workers went home, and when I was alone in the office, I would listen to this music to accompany me. The messages here are very positive and encouraging. Nothing else makes me feel more at peace and focused while working at a computer all day. I've listened to ambient/instrumental/low-fi music for years, but nothing else soothes my busy and overwhelmed brain like this. I grew up in a rural, thickly-forested area in northern New England, and spent almost all my childhood playing outside with my sister and friends. I think this brings me back to those origins, and it honestly makes me cry at times when I think of how devoid of nature my life has become. All the more reason to make some changes. Thank you for keeping this on YT!

Happy for you! I don't get dream shifts as a therian :( I try to imagine me as my theriotypes or me doing quadrobics in the forest but it still doesn't work (I get distracted with my thoughts) any tips?

I would say it just naturaly happened you can't really control it but I do nature sounds when u go sleep a lot and I sleep near a window so the sun always wakes me up! 😊 and remember some people don't get shifts! Whether you do or not a lot of theirians / other hareted don't get shifts

Add a fan for white noise too. I have to for my tinnitus. I can't stand constant noise from outside. My father in law at 90 informed me that tinnitus can cause the fight or flight response with certain noise environments...thankfully because I thought it was just anxiety overload, but nope Its just sensory overload. Anyway white noise along with perfect ambient sounds equal perfect sleep! Well. Almost perfect. 😁

I used to live in a farm, with vibrant trees around the house blooming with life, now my bedroom is in front of a kind of busy street. I open my window and put the jbl in it, playing 24/7 and creating the impression that these sounds are actually coming from the outside!! It's helping me a lot while studying and sleeping, almost like if i could smell the old trees and moisture from where I lived, thanks a lot and awesome job!!

I love how natural this sounds. After you’ve listened to a lot of ASMR videos, they start to sound the same in their structure. I prefer it when it seems like an actual slice of life.
