In this video, Allison's Dad and I use the Bobcat T320 with the Forestry Mulcher to clean up a little bit on the far East side of the property where the woods have slowly been taking over. Going back through the years on Google Earth it is very interesting to see how the woods are slowly engulfing this area. The area is getting overrun with Bradford Pear, Sweet Gum, Autumn Olive, and vines are killing most of the small saplings that are trying to grow.
Our plan is to get rid of the undergrowth and small trees in order to make room for the best trees to thrive.
We're also leaving plenty of large areas completely undisturbed for the wildlife to thrive.
