Forests are Important - USDA Forest Service Reforestation Initiatives 

Science tells us that the health of our forests and the communities around them are threatened by the effects of our changing climate. To save our forests, the USDA Forest Service is implementing a Wildfire Crisis Strategy to ensure the health and sustainability of our future forests through reforestation and other forest management activities.
