Steven and Quinton are no strangers to the NEWS 9 family. Vanessa Echols went to Disney when we first brought you Quinton's Forever Family story, and then Martha Sugalski brought you his adoption story. Steven, his then foster dad, saw the segment on our air and decided to adopt.
