I bought a copy of this from Redbox that first came out and I've watched it maybe 15 + times, cried all through it each time. Just cried through this edited version as well. Okay I'm a bit of a softie!
Finally bought the DVD and have watched it at least four times but what I really want is this movie on my DVR. So much easier to watch it over and over.
The book literally nothing like the movie. I read both books and it was disappointing lol. I think the film is much more successful than the book, a very successful combination of music, romance and drama, with wonderful actors, direction and music. The music is gold. The most interesting thing is that the main actor Alex Roe did not know to play guitar and sing before, he learned about his role in the film and shows a wonderful voice and performance, with which he rises as a real country singer.
Trust issues... If ever, maybe our daughter is our connection only, but i dunno if i can still accept the man who dumped me in our wedding day and end with a lot of girls for 8 years..

I cried through this ENTIRE movie. From the moment it started til the very end. Beings will never understand that true love is the only thing in this life that is real. Everything else in this god forsaken universe is all bullshit. Nothing! I repeat nothing else matters.
Very great movie! I've watched this for the third time. Perfect acting and timing! I wish them as real couple. I love happy ending. This movie is better thank Notebook but same as good of the latest Cinderella movie. 🥰🥰
The mom(Josie) stayed single, the guy she spoke to in the church was her brother. The main guy(Liam) did sleep with that other girl only because him & Josie were broken up(putting it lightly he left her for 7 years), then went back home & learned about Josie & Billie.
You'll have to read the books, finding my way, and forever my girl by Heidi McLaughlin. Finding my way, is his life before they broke up, and how he broke up with her, and everything he did in those years he was gone. He was a bad boy, and slept around a lot. Forever my girl is better than the movie, and have more information about what Josie did all those years. She did have a man, and was staying with him when Liam returned, she was engaged to him. The movie is nothing like the book.
