He just said he had to walk in front of the candle to smell it. You’d probably get more smell from the diamond at this point. I rather buy a candle for the purpose of a candle, if I wanted a diamond $30 would get me a Slightly larger diamond then the one in the candle

They literally have Christmas bundles of 4 candles in each bundle and the bundle has marked out prices of $500!!! These candles are barely worth $15 much less 20-80 and with a “diamond” the size of a grain of sand. This is a disgusting way to rip people off and I’m so mad that I fell for it, I can’t even cancel my monthly subscription until I get 3 months worth (3 candles, 3 bath bombs) and if I wanted to cancel early there’s a price you have to pay for that. So not only are they ripping you off on the product they’re selling but they trap you into having to continue to give them money even after they’ve ripped you off, or you can get ripped off ONE MORE TIME for a fee if you cancel the screw fest.

To be honest, I think this is an amazing idea. This past Christmas, my GF told me not to get her anything because she couldn't get anything for me. Talk about overthinking. So I got her a candle, that's nothing right? She loved it, and had no guilt about not being able to get me anything. Think about... for the price of a bouquet of flowers, or a meal for that matter, they get something unique that will always be worth at least what you paid. Flowers end up in the trash, a meal ends up in, well, you know. Plus it provides a service while being used until all your left with is a tiny memory of the time she got a diamond candle for Christmas.

EXACTLY, they said it in their website: the idea is to keep a physical memory of the moments after the candle is gone… I agree that the candle should do a descent job but it’s obvious that the diamonds are for a memory not to get rich

The diamonds they use cost maybe $1 each. 0.03 carat weight, I or SI, single cut, and color doesn’t matter unless you have a microscope

That is the standard price for a decent candle anyway unless you want the Walmart brand candles. The diamond is just a little bonus. Can't really hurt to have it. Keep collecting and make a really nice ring or something.

Exactly. My go to for candles are the Smoke elimination candles. They retail around $20- $30. So even an extra $10 for a shot at real diamonds is worth it in my opinion.

So I feel like you were looking to get a huge diamond. The one you showed was the free diamond which is labeled .03 or .003. and alot of candles are close to $30. Yes their discounts are funny to look at. With me the thing that made me buy from this company is the fact that's it's different. Alot of people don't know about these candles. So as a gift to someone you care about or a first date or second date gift instead of $10-30 in flowers. You did mention making it into Jewelry and I do plan too! I have 3 diamonds as well. 1 the free microscopic one. And another candle and a free one with the order. They are lab made. Yes but who cares might not be the biggest or nicest diamond but I'm happy with my purchases!. I gave away my first candle to my coworker for secret Santa lol. Great review by the way I feel you were just upset off of the free diamond. The description of the candles smells was very informative though.

I bought two of these as a Christmas gift. I have not received them yet, so I have no idea on the size of these diamonds. But they doesn't matter to me. I planned on getting my wife some candles for Christmas either way. I decided to go with these because it is just a tiny little bonus that my wife will love. I know it will not be something to get rich off of, but it is a little extra bonus that my wife will make my wife smile.

Ass hats got me. Free diamond wasn't in there. Was guaranteed to be delivered by mothers day but wasn't shipped until after mother's day. Piss poor quality. The box wasn't taped well and I'm sure the free diamond fell out. They'll probably blame usps even tho they didn't tape it well

The value of these candles is whatever it's worth to the individual who gets it. We didn't need a 6 minute video to make us realize we weren't getting the best diamonds in the world... that's obvious. The website is very honest and descriptive about what kind of diamond you're going to get. My daughter thought it was the best gift in the world, and I would have paid the full price to see her smile every time she lit the candle waiting to get her diamond.

They absolutely scam people...by painting the picture that you have a genuinely honest chance of finding a 12 thousand dollar diamond...well guess what they've been around a few years now and I'm having no luck of finding a video of someone finding a 12k diamond. I'm glad that you have those speacial memories with your daughter and I'm glad that she's happy...at the end of the day that's all that matters.. and you sound like a really great dad....BUT these people do paint a picture that most definitely is not true.

If the candles are decent then who cares. Yankee and bed bath both charge a lot for candles. I gave seen a lot of people saying the diamond sucked but the candle was great. Yankee is the same way some will smell great burning but some don't smell as much when burned. Forverwick makes 100% soy candles made in the USA. Pricing is fair compared to competitors.

People collect the diamonds and put them in floating necklaces. You can also collect a certain amount then "trade" them for actual jewelry or have the diamonds set in jewelry. It's not really scam imo 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’ve never had so many problems with an online order before! This is a TERRIBLE website! First they tell you if you order right away they will give you a free diamond and a $30 mystery gift card. When you check you gift card it’s for some towel website and you only have 30 minutes to use it! When you confront them about it they say NOBODY ELSE has complained and IF enough people do they MIGHT change it! Then when you scan the diamond code it takes you to the candle site that shows you more things to buy and even has a tutorial video on how to check your diamond value, yet there’s NO place to put your code in! 🤬🤬🤬

I bought the love spell one. I smelled it before I lit it and thought the smell would be stronger, but just like you I can hardly smell it. And I don't see a foil on the bottom of mine. Maybe it's there. It's got a ways to burn though.

They're nice to put in a smaller room like a bathroom or something, but burning them in a larger room is pointless unless you're sitting right next to them. I was really disappointed with the strength of these scents. I like them a lot, but they just don't spread.

I like it because I am always buying candles anyways usually bath and body or yankee candle but these I can also save up all the diamonds and then trade them on their site for jewelry. They have a diamond exchange program for all genders whatever you like. Idk I like it and I think it’s a really good idea.

I wish I could recommend them, but the scent just really isn't strong at all. The diamond is just a gimmick. The price is... high. I get better results out of a $6 candle from Dollar General.

Couldn't agree more! I just got a candle and a bath bomb for Mother's Day. They both smelled great when I stuck my nose to them, but when actually using them there was no scent at all. The bath bomb had a ring with it. It stated the ring was valued at $75. It was beautiful. I washed my hands twice, and the metal on the ring turned my finger green and the metal itself turned coppery-pink. Better yet, I put the dishes in the dishwasher and now it's dented... 😑 I can't believe my husband spent $80 on this crap. So upset

She's the one that sounds unhappy that he wasted his money on a crap candle that holds junk jewelry. Which is true...the company advertising finding a 12 grand diamond when in all reality you have a zero percent chance of finding one. I’ve seen different videos and some are the same but it varies in size a lot and they even tested them with a diamond detector to prove they are real. Idk how this business makes money by giving away diamonds tho

@@user-gx3ji2sj8n my bet, the way they make money is by instead of weighing up the cost of the diamond per candle (because that would obviously show negative profit) they are buying higher quantities of smaller diamonds than large, so smaller diamonds are more likely. This is basically a very clever international lottery system

Honestly if you know much about candles these are priced really well for having any kind of diamond in them at all on top of being a 70 hr soy candle. Yankee Candles and other brands are close to this price and dont even have diamonds. Soy candles like these last longer and have a better smell than just cheap brand candles. So in a nutshell a good quality candle like these especially with a diamond in them is well worth the $30 you pay.

I hate to tell you this but many companies hope people don't read the fine print and many people don't. Also, let's be real here. Most people wait for sales at Bath and Body Works. Like right now. Their candles are $14.50 which is honestly all they're really worth. Why do you think businesses like that have sales ALL THE TIME? He is 100% correct. They have seriously increased the retail value of their product as a sales tactic. That is deceiving. It's like Whitehall Jewelers back in the day that had a "going out of business" sale for 10 years. They'd jack up the retail value of items to make people think they were getting this great value. Kohl's runs their business the same way.

Believe me when I tell you that these companies make their money off of people's gambling addictions. People purchase these shitty candles with no throw hoping they will hit the jackpot. So they keep coming back to purchase more. I have seen people purchase thousands of dollars worth of novelty candles. I myself have purchased jewelry candles multiple times in the past. At least you're getting a piece of jewelry to wear. A microscopic diamond that you can't do anything with is useless and doesn't make these candles worth anywhere near $30.

When I first saw the ad....I knew exactly what you would get. "We buy diamonds in bulk.." As they sift through a pile of 'chips' those itty bitty little things you see in cluster rings at the kiosks and dept stores. Or decorating the sides of another piece of jewelry. What they showed afterwards....well, if you show it- in order not to bs sued; you have to give it away at some point..like one in every 100,000, or 1 out of a million. The FIRST thing they showed was the truth. THIS is what you will get.

I can't think of a company that raises prices and marks them down to make you think it's a great deal. Diamonds are stated a retail value and you know they aren't paying retail. I don't think they are ripping people off. It is a company with a gimmick. They all have one

Basing the diamonds in the candle on your free gift is a little short sighted. It's a free gift, they're definitely picking the smallest diamonds for the free gifts. You can see in other videos on RU-vid that diamonds from the candles, are often a lot larger than that one

My brother just bought me one of these candles for Christmas (12/14/23) called "Santa's sweaty ball sack" (not joking) and it is not the best scent (hence tje name). I just lit it, amd I'm guessing this candle is gonna burn for 3 years before I get to a cubic zirconia diamond..

I nelieve these diamonds are from jewelry taken in and the diamonds are never kept because they just want the gold from the jewelry and the diamonds are basicly worthless so why not put them in a candle and make $20-$30 off a diamond not even a jewelry store wants. You might be able to sell them at a rock shop but if its worth $40 you wont get $40.

Well anyone who pays 50 bucks for a candle expecting to get a thousand dollar diamond is dumb anyway....its the point that counts you buy the candle..which is actually a good quality SOY candle but unfortunately candles do burn so they give you tge diamond for a keepsake...and ive paid way more for a candle 125$ to be exact it didnt have a diamond it was just a candle...you need to learn candles buddy...its about the material the candles made of..whats the wick made out of ...is tge wick going to turn to a black ball of carbon after burning it once? What about tge scents are the using natural ingredients and extraction practices to get those scents? Or is it a candle full of toxic imitation smells? Theres actually lots more to candles than just lighting and smelling them

Yeh they absolutely scammed me hugely. I got my unicorn gift set and not only did they not send me my bath bomb or my soap but they sent me a 2/3 way full (half the size of your body butter) small container of body butter....it was like water it was runny and soupy. Their chakra candles look absolutely nothing like the pictures I spent almost $500 and I got absolutely shafted. The only good side I will give them is their candles do smell great for the most part (the chakra candles 4 smell nice 3 wreak bad mix of scents in my opinion. The body products smelled amazing and had they actually sent me all I ordered I would have been quite pleased. I just hope they make this right because as I see it now I was ripped off MEGA amounts and still only got 70% of my order and even that was incorrect.

Just an fyi even though it’s a tiny diamond and I mean tiny it can still be worth $400,000 keep that in mind go take take the diamond to a professional diamond tester have them test it and then see if it’s a lab lab grown or if it is natural if it is natural it will be 10 times the amount that it would’ve been if it was lab grown

Its definitely a scam. I ordered dec 11, today is jan 11. Still no order. Shipping label was created but they haven't received the item. Cannot get a response via email or Facebook. Unbelievable.

I did the same. Same day. literaly just got mine an hr ago. And the diamond I got as a free gift is exactly what he was showing. First email told me supplier issues. Then they created label but disnt ship. Then 2 more emails saying the usps was severely backed up. P.o. label shows it was created dec 30. But the 2 day label shows it was mailed Monday...wint be buying from them ever again..shitty customer service that lies

Why in the hell would they give you a cheap candle with a diamond that far excedes the value of the candle. You would need extra chromosomes to buy these (unless it was for experimental purposes).
