Most of the things you Seated are correct but about forex needing huge capital there are Company's ( prop firms) which offer capital starting for 50usd. its also not for everybody need high skill set but once you master the skill set its inifinte money Gleich
in my point of view trading is not gambiling you realise it when you start by dedication and giving all the time to it . gambling is very easy compared to trading lol , i know trading is very risky business until you have the required knowledge not only knowledge the most important thing until you have the experience you will pay a lot of things its hard , any business at the beginning is very hard but when you give ur time and full dedication on any business you will be successful the same in the forex market buts difficult when it compared to other. finally when you have the skill set and the experience boom no one can make like a pro traders no one but it need patience,skill,capital,mentality ! thats my point of view
Dude correct me if i"m wrong but its not the market by itself thought to be illegal. Its the process in which you obtain the USD which is mainly through Binance platform this in turn paves the way to the black market forex system. I personally know many importers which solely base their USD source the Binance P2P exchange system. If you logically cosider this it can potentially be used as a money loundarying shortcut. I've heard the late National Bank's governer talk about this and the need to impose control through proclamations and directives. Thank You Brother!!!

What about prop firms? Average starting cost reduces waaaaaaaaaaay waaaaay down. I've consistently made about >2.5% at average per 2 weeks. Obviously sometimes some weeks lose but in the long run it's profitable soooooooooo it's not always like that. there are some professional traders who make 5-20% a month. some months might lose but overall in the year. they're up. 30-70% of their initial account balance and they're risking 0.25%-1% per trade.
