Dekho bhai Sabse pehle hum 1) Ram ke 500 share hai uska amount nikalenge 500×3allotment Jo nahi diya=1500 - Discount Diya hai 500×2=1000 *Ans 500 Aya 2) shyam ka amount nikalenge 1000×4 + (Ram k call ka jo bacha hua tha vo 500×4)= 6000 ÷ Total number of shares of Shyam =1000 × Share re issued of Shyam 750 =4500 - Discount Diya voh (750×2)=1500 = 3,000 @At last 3,000+500=3,500
