FORGE SESSIONS VOLUME 4: THE ONE HOUR TURNSPIT 

It was a Saturday evening. We were ready to eat, drink and be merry in a style befitting of 15th century stately home owners. It could mean one thing and one thing only, cooking fowl on a turnspit over an open fire.
