It's not cheating if it literally wasn't one of the rules implemented at the time where he did that action. If he did it again after they made the rule it would be cheating. That would be like you go to school wearing a black shirt. And the next day, they made a new rule where you're not allowed to wear black, and they punish you for doing it the day before when the rule didn't exist.
They mentioned that the arrows didn’t work in the rain, and redid the shot before. Brian took his shot as the rain started falling, so he got a redo. So no, he didn’t cheat, Nogla.

Lucky tip: you can increase the luck of luck blocks, swords and bows by surrounding them with the following in he crafting table: iron, gold(+) diamond(++) blocks of the before ones(+++)
I find it minor bit of humorous irony that everytime Terroriser advertises his postion on esports reward thing, he's also advertising miniladd's which is literally next to his. As if the universe just has sick twisted sense of humor.

To make the bows 'luckier' use a crafting table, put the bow in the center and surround it by something valuable like gold or diamond. It's best to use full iron blocks not ingots. Cheaper and will get you to 100% I think.
it's called a Charged Creeper explosion is twice the range and the damage is twice. if you're playing on hard mode no matter what this thing will one shot you unless you in Creative of course & they get made by hitting a creeper with lightning
