Forget-me-nots, also called uninhibited, are plants that we grow most often as two-year-old flowers. There are a number of beautiful varieties that can be planted in gardens as well as in containers. Particularly effective compositions create forget-me-nots with all spring flowers. They are also suitable for cut flowers.
Let's start with white forget-me-nots. In her company I will plant other plants with white flowers. There will be a place for azaleas, a carnation of daisies and pansies.
Indian azalea, which can be bought in spring gardening and florists in the spring, feels best at a temperature of 10-12 degrees Celsius. In the warm homes, flowers and leaves often dry up and fall. Once the risk of frost has passed, we can put it on the balcony. We will be grateful for that. Carnations also feel great and present in pots. More and more varieties appear in stores. This is a variety of feathery carnation, has a compact, compact habit. Of course, they are not forgotten, which we can not forget about. These plants are resistant to pests and most fungal diseases, although aphids may appear on it. An interesting fact is that this plant has a holiday in our country. On May 15, we celebrate the Polish forget-me-not day. The whole composition will be supplemented with pans with large white petals and merry daisies, which, like the forget-me-nots, remind us of childhood and uncontaminated nature.
The white composition is over. It's time for pink. In order for this color to remain unchanged, it is worth planting in an acidic soil, which is also suitable for azaleas.
In this pot there will be another azalea, but this time in pink. They will be joined by daisies full of flowers, with pink tips, blooming throughout the spring, which will decorate our balcony or terrace by May or June. Remember to remove faded flowers, because it will stimulate them to form more buds. At the end the most important forget-me-nots. Apparently, according to artists, they are the dream motif in painting or poetry. Undeveloped has also become a symbol of pro-ecological undertakings. And now it is also part of the pink composition.
At the end, we still have the most-known and liked blue forget-me-not. In her company I will plant blue hyacinths and blue pansies.
Hyacinths smell beautifully. So it is worth to put a hyacinth planted in a pot, where we will often open a window or balcony door so that we can enjoy their sweet fragrance. Delicate blue forget-me-nots will fill most of the balcony box as they grow more. Some also call them frog eyes or mouse ears. Their small flowers consist of five petals. They are not demanding, they will grow practically in all conditions, both in sunny and shady places. Remember, of course, about regular watering. The flower of the forget-me-not symbolizes memory and love. After fading, they often spread themselves. The composition of our composition will be navy blue pansies. They are a great company for unforgettable people.
